• Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted)
• Birth Information: Date, time (optional), and location of birth
• Conversation Data: Your questions and Estelle's responses
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we don't store card details)
• Usage Data: Login times, IP addresses, browser type

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized astrological insights based on your birth chart
• Provide and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send important updates about your account
• Respond to your support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. AI Processing

Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We use Claude Haiku, which does not train on user data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt
• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• Payment processing is PCI-compliant via Stripe

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion (unless legally required to keep it longer).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your conversation history
• Opt out of marketing emails
